1 - Go to start / All Programs / Accessories / Command Prompt Run as administrator.

2 - Copy and paste this code step-by-step 1 - 6,dont copy all OK.

1.)CD/
2.)netsh int tcp set global chimney=enabled
3.)netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
4.)netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp
5.)netsh int tcp show global
