Start | Run | Regedit = HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\NetBT\Parameters

TransportBindName <<< Double click,deleted Vaule and click OK.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\OLE

EnableDCOM <<< Double click,edit Y to N and click OK.... Restart
