Just follow the step that I do this or follow the picture below.

1 - Go to Start / on Search programs and files type this name --> [ system.ini ]
Right-click on system and click Properties..

2 - System Properties now will show on Windows Pop-up. On system propertis choice Security and select User for your windwos name and click Edit. Now on Permissons for system ( Security ) select your User windwos again and tick all Allow Permissions. Now click Apply and OK..

This trick for windows you can not save through all System

Start / on Search programs and files type this name --> [ system.ini ] and double click.
Now windows will show you Notepad System.ini.. Just copy Code under and paste this code on the notepad system.ini and save.
for detect this trick you must Restart you system and try to load and video on Youtube.
