Please folow the guide and try it on your own risk:

go to start, click run and then type regedit

select HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop. Be careful, be sure to do it accurately.

you will see a registry setting at right side and after that, select MenuShowDelay, right click on it and select modify.

now you will see edit string option; the default value data is 400, you have to change it to 000.

reboot your computer and you will see your machine is much more faster than before.
